It seems his version on gcc.godbolt.org already supports a ARM cross-compiler; the list box on the right hand side allows to select "arm-linux-gnueabi-g++-4.5" in addition to the native compiler versions. This is probably just the standard ARM cross-compiler package provided on Ubuntu (which these days uses the Linaro compiler sources, of coutse) ...
