Sorry, I wasn't talking about my patch but Mans': http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.linaro.devel/9445 It fixes a null pointer dereference in the current kernel and I still think it should go into 3.3 and in the next 3.2 stable release. That will create another conflict in your tree I'm afraid.
