I would like to see this happening this month, but I don't want to see new
builds for hwpacksv2 being set up during release week in offspring or after
RC. That just calls for troubles and we have been through enough pain with
offspring in the past releases that we know better.

Ricardo, can we get those hwpackv2 trees and offspring builds setup today?
This will give us time to work with james on getting those things sorted
before he is on vacation and in time for RC.
