Yes, it's "Cloud Buildd", the generic build service, and so far builds
two artifact types: "Android platform" (images you can run on a device)
and "Android toolchain" (Linaro toolchain configured to build Android
platform).

Yes, apparently. Can you point me to the code which queues and sets
'android.url' attribute on a test input?
