The build will be Windows native and self contained. Cygwin will not be used and any mingw support libraries will be minimal and shipped with the binary. The goal is to have something that is usable from a NT CMD prompt, cygwin prompt, and Eclipse. > 2) Will Linaro test the toolchains on Red Hat Enterprise? Not at the moment but we might slip it in to meet the requirement of working on the top four development Linuxes.
