Sure, I understand.

It was just a heads up becasue in this case, it's not only an updated
version of the feature, it's a throw away and rewrite.

Understood.

Again, I just wanted the Linaro kernel maintainers to know that a this
implementation of DVFS will not be getting anywhere near upstream.
Whether you choose to include it into your tree is entirely up to you.
