This is the wrong fix.  A better fix exists in mainline and 
linaro-2.6.38 now.

Got those from RMK's tree too.  In general I prefer keeping original 
commit IDs when possible.

May I ask you to rebase on top of the latest linaro-2.6.38 (which 
acquired a bunch of patches today) so to filter out the unneeded patches 
please?  You could include the module signature patch as well.
