Last time I needed them, on 1st Feb, the ddebs were in http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/main/l/linux-linaro-omap/ (no, I don't know why 'main' when the .deb is in universe) but there's nothing in there any more either. That was the ddeb for linux-linaro-omap_2.6.37-1002.5, which is still in the archive.
