Hello all, I’m putting together a stylesheet based on mid-20th-Century Warner-Chappell musical theatre vocal books, and would like to mimic more closely their tie shape:
As you can see, it’s nearly “parabolic" (i.e., the curve doesn’t really increase dramatically near the noteheads) and non-calligraphic (i.e., it doesn’t thicken much at the centre). The second part is relatively easy to achieve, but I’m having difficulty with the curve shape aspect. Any suggestion(s) would be appreciated. Thanks!
