I did not calculate the numbers well (1/128+1/4*31/32 = 1/4).
This works without warning:

%% Start with a bass clef
\clef bass
%% Use a skip (has the least effect on Score timing)

%% Put in the tenor clef and continue...
\clef treble c4*31/32
c4 c c | c1
}
