How can I increase the space between the arranger field and the 1st staff? My score is using a ChoirStaff group.
I've tried putting score-markup-spacing and/or markup-system-spacing in the \paper section but nothings working. I've been reading the manuals and am at a loss on how to do this. Thanks, Chris
