If you compare <URL:http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/notation/beams#-Beaming-based-on-beamExceptions> with <URL:http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/notation/beams#-Beaming-based-on-beamExceptions> I think that this is an improvement.
