Yet another incarnation of <https://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=34>. Also see <http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/notation/special-rhythmic-concerns#Known-issues-and-warnings-70>, with workaround mentioned there. Essentially, you need to insert skips to fake grace notes in the other staves. It's well-known since a long while, and a tough one - sorry.
