According to the rules, hairpins and cresc./dim. marks should start from the 
left edge of the note head. But what about adjacent-note chords like <g' c'' 
d'>? From which note column those marks should start? Default behavior in Lily 
is that they start _not_ from the main column, which I'm not sure is correct. 
Couldn't find any clue in "Behind Bars".

For comparsion, TextScript marks _do_ start at the main column.

Is this behavior intentional?
