It will _not_ interfere. The main reason to avoid multiple instances here is performance: every occurence of \context { \Staff ... } copies the currently active Staff context definition, adds material to it, then takes the result, looks up its \name in the definition, gets the respective context definition in the output definition (\layout) and replaces it with the modified copy.
