Hi all, I sent Luis an explanation yesterday. He managed to not run it from the command line, but he left a space in the file name so it looked like an invocation with a switch included. He has been advised to remove the space from his file name. Hopefully that will get him going. If not it is because there is some issue with the bash not noticing musicxml2ly exists. Which is out of my ability to assist because he is in Apple world and I do not know exactly how similar that is to linux world for command line things.
