This reminds me: I am aware that in the preparation of the workshop slides, we
did borrow quite a bit of material from the Lilypond documentation
(screenshots, code examples, etc.).
I'd be more than happy to credit these contributions in the slides, but their
authorship is not always easy to determine. Maybe the most efficient way is for
respective authors to get in touch with me directly?
Also, it might be worth mentioning that quite a bit of work went into the LaTeX
beamer slides for the 12 code examples. Both, code listing and graphic output
(via lilypond-book), are now generated from the same external .ly file. For
example:
