Umpf.  We still have *zero* use of MAKE_DOCUMENTED_SCHEME_CALLBACK, as
far as I can see.  This macro refers to
MAKE_SCHEME_CALLBACK_WITH_OPTARGS, and there is a *single* function
(`interpret_markup') which actually has a real documentation string;
all others have "".

Sigh.
