The cross-staff slur was too hard for LilyPond to figure out. She usually
places text around the slurs, but then the "a tempo" would push the staves
apart, requiring the slur to get steeper, requiring the "a tempo" to move
further up, ... and the system failed
\override TextScript #'avoid-slur = #'inside
LilyPond still needs our help to deal with cross-staff voices.
