This problem has been fixed in the most development version.
For 2.14.2, try
\override Slur #'height-limit = #1.0 % or lower
\override Slur #'details #'head-slur-distance-max-ratio = #2 % or lower
\override Slur #'details #'head-slur-distance-factor = #100 % or higher
This gave decent output in your case.
