I further cut down the snippet size to 82 lines as suggestion from Carl.

Definitely it is because \EzNum.  This Eznum is to help display note number 
inside the notehead.  The larger staff is to accommodate it.   How can I modify 
the \EzNum in order the stem length not to be affected by the larger staff 
lines/spaces?   Appreciate the help.
