There is no solution at this time for Lion I believe.
This might help somebody.
Install the app, use
alias lilypond='DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib
/Applications/LilyPond.app/Contents/Resources/bin/lilypond'
and use lilypond in the command line.
