Hi all,

I've been following (through google) the current
progress of microtonal notation in LilyPond,
and as of September of 2009, there still
seemed to be large amounts of trouble with
microtonal notation in general, and the website
that David Keenan had at bigpond:
http://users.bigpond.net.au/d.keenan

seems to be down for good. I have the ttf of the Sagittal notation,
and am curious as to why people are having more difficulty
than simply accessing the fonts and
overriding the accidentals throughout the piece.

Anyways, it looks like a man named
Torsten has been the spearhead of all this,
and I'm not quite sure of his current progress.

My current solution was to allow proper
space for accidentals naturally (all #'s let's say),
then simply not render them, and "comment in"
the proper sagittal symbol so that when I print,
I can add them in manually, but the spacing will be preserved.

Any insight on this or the situation in general?

Best,

Joey
