If I compile the piece of code you gave I get the expected output, i.e.
8 16th notes. So I guess the issue is elsewhere.
In measure 61, are you sure you do not mean to use an \afterGrace ?
c4-^ \acciaccatura d8 \afterGrace c4-^\trill { b16[ cis] }
