A strange misalignment has appeared in one place in a score (Lilypond
2.14.1, win32). Instead of sitting over a barline, a fermata has been
placed beneath the upper staff of a pianostaff. Elsewhere in the same
score (e.g. in the upper staff in the example) it's coded in the same
way but placed correctly.
I haven't so far been able to replicate this in another score. Has
noticed this odd behaviour before?
