Ooh nice, didn't know that one. And in fact, I think I now understand what your original question was. To notate the performance sequence you describe, the annotation at the end should be "D.S. al fine" (D.C. means da capo, from the top, while D.S., dal segno, means from the sign) Also, the segno mark shouldn't be printed over the last bar line. Finally, I'm purty sure that the custom is to print the word "fine" in lowercase italics, and above the system. Hopefully I'm not making a fool of myself here by stating the obvious...
