?  I have no idea why the syntax is that clunky, but doc-wise it's
pretty much where I expected it to be.

Thanks. I'd started at the contents and clicking on "Techniques specific to lyrics" so was already past that. Also searched on quotation, inverted and also didn't find it :-(
