Just off the top of my head - maybe score-system-spacing
#'basic-distance is what you need to change?

I'd agree that's what it should be. But it doesn't seem to work. I think
that's a bug, and it could be argued it's a regression, since you could
space scores apart in 2.12.
James - workaround which does work:

score-markup-spacing #'minimum-distance = #50
}
