Hi! What I have done with similar songs is to write the third verse as part of the second and then put a repeat for the first part, and continue the melody on to the end of that (longer) verse, and put a "DC" at the end, and a "Fine" at the end of the regular verse. If I get a chance, I'll try to do that for you, but I think you get the idea.
