running: pdflatex --output="/tmp/tmpLWVHto" "/tmp/tmpLWVHto.ly" pdflatex: option '--output=/tmp/tmpLWVHto' is ambiguous And this is yours: running: lilypond --output="/tmp/tmpLpNPoj" "/tmp/tmpLpNPoj.ly" .... I've tried a fresh install in another machine and it's working fine. So the problem is a not clean uninstall of 0.5.3 version. I'll try to figure out how to fix it.
