Hi!
I can't understand well either.

However, when I read this I'm wondering if you don't have a problem of
"rhythm synchronization", i.e. one measure in one part that would not
have the right duration of notes inside that measure, thus causing this
"staves running out of".

Or do you have a cadenza maybe?

Without further information about your file(s) it is not so easy to
understand exactly what is your issue and what you want to achieve.

You can use different settings for your conductor score and your parts,
but of course it depends of how you have structured your files
(variables, includes, ...).

Maybe you could try sending a minimal example showing how your
file(s) is (are) looking.

Cheers,
Xavier
