This is AFAIK a quite common practice and should be do-able (at least
a possible "option") without needing some "tricky workaround", IMO.
+1. At the very least, even if it's not common practice, it should do no
harm to add this option for both MultiMeasureRests and PercentRepeats,
neither should it be too hard for someone who understands what's going
on internally and knows how the first number gets suppressed.
