Thank you for your email. 2.12 and 2.13.7 can compile it without
any problem. I ever tried a very simple snippet such as:
\version "2.13.11" % the problem came since this version
2.13.11 works fine here on your piano piece (apart from
a couple of warnings about decrescedos on specified volumes.
The little snippet fails due to \Score and \time 2.4.
Should be \score and \time 2/4. Then it works.
Looks like a problem with your OS.
