Hmm, I'm not sure at the moment. Though I would be really curious to see the PostScript output of this snippet. It looks like the Vera fonts are being used in place of the feta-alphabet*.pfb fonts too. Could you run $ lilypond -dno-delete-intermediate-files snippet.ly and send the .ps file?
