i just found that triple double quotes are needed:

this works for me in windows vista
That's amazing, but you're right. Single double quotes
don't work around file names in Command Prompt; neither
do double double quotes; but triple double quotes do!

I'll do that. I'll also fix the documentation
to avoid misleading people in the Jay was misled.
