No, but that would be nice. It should go somewhere in NR 3. If
you could come up with anything -- frankly, even just a stub with
a "FIXME: find out later", that would be a good start. :)
There's at least one place where this is mentioned, in Fretted
Strings "right hand fingerings," because I put a @warning about it
after finding out the hard way when I was rewriting that section.
If you tell me where to put more warnings I'll stick 'em in there.
