beat groupings is a bit buggy in 2.12 ... it is grouping 3/4 as if
it were 6/8 :-(
Upgrade to 13.whatever when you're ready.
Or put the following
#(revert-auto-beam-setting '(end * * 3 4) 3 4 'Score)
after your 3/4 time signature to fix it in 2.12. If you search the
mailing list you'll probably find all this last month (search for
me - I was in the thread).

Ah, I see. I kind of skipped over those emails simply because I (have
in the past) rarely used those settings. I think I'll just do it
manually and pay attention when something about it is announced.
