Yes, there are some nasty issues, in particular with inserting proper spacing notes and with lyrics on manually beamed notes (which lilypond understands as melisma...) The other problem is that the MusicXML files use the chord type "dominant- seventh", which does not exist in MusicXML. The correct chord type would be "dominant" for the dominant-seventh chord... I've also fixed some other issues (in particular those bar check warnings) with chords. There are still some issues remaining...
