Hello
I am trying to use \parallelMusic with some success.
My only problem is that at a specific point in the music, the composer
decided to add a new temporary voice.
I was trying to use something like:

The problem here is that << {} \\ {} >> part.
Lilypond is complaining and rendering some strange things.
