Hi Don,
You just have to double-click the .exe file's icon and go through the
process. Bear in mind that Lilypond does not operate the way many new
users expect it to. It is a typesetting engine, not a program with a
graphical interface. It processes plain text source code and produces
graphical output. If you have already run the installer, then it is
probably installed correctly. Check the Learning Manual here to see how
best to get started:
