Dear lilypond-users, I have a quesetion concerning the file drumpitch-init.ly. I know it is on a linux machine normally at: /usr/local/lilypond/usr/share/lilypond/current/ly But could someone please tell me, where I can find this file on a windows and on a macintosh machine?
