I googled and checked the LSR, but haven't found any good examples for formatting thematic indexes.
Does anyone have an example to share? For those not familiar with the term, a thematic index is a table of contents usually appearing at the front of a book of music, where the first few bars of each work are engraved to aid the reader in locating a piece of interest.
