Nice... for future use, you might want to define some variables, e.g.
slashZero = \markup { \combine \finger 0 \translate #'(0.17 . -0.17)
\rotate #-30 \small "/" }
slashOne = \markup { \combine \finger 1 \translate #'(0.17 . -0.17)
\rotate #-30 \small "/" }
slashTwo = \markup { \combine \finger 2 \translate #'(0.17 . -0.17)
\rotate #-30 \small "/" }
slashThree = \markup { \combine \finger 3 \translate #'(0.17 . -0.17)
\rotate #-30 \small "/" }
slashFour = \markup { \combine \finger 4 \translate #'(0.17 . -0.17)
\rotate #-30 \small "/" }
