Sorry, that's the standard XP font cache. The LP font cache is hidden:- C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\ contains .lilypond-2.8.6-font.cache-1 12/8/2006 .lilypond-2.8.3-font.cache-1 21/5/2006 .fonts.cache-1 14/3/2006 but I can't see any cache relating to LP 2.10 or 2.11.34 - my latest installed version.
