I cannot identify the separate pages here.  Can you please send them
again using git format-patch (first adding and commiting them to your
local git repository)?

I'm not sure, it's all a question of numbers.  Han-Wen, do we have
recent website statistics for this?  I seem to remember that even the
essay was read far more often than the tutorial...

If you can supply that html-code, we can discuss that.  The biggest
problem as I see it are fonts.  It would be up to the user to use a
more narrow window.  Two columns could be nice, though.

Good questions.  What did the French team do?  The comments from
Germans were in English.
