Sorry, I forgot to tell the place to download.
You should use manual installation, so
- download the latest zip (lily4jedit-2.10.0-1.zip) file from
http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/lily4jedit and unzip it into the
jEdit folder (like c:\program files\jedit 4.3pre6)
