Well, I think I mentioned on lilypond-devel that I would finall have
time to work on this stuff again at the end of may, which is basically
now :)

Yeah, I also found those names eventually in some obscure Adobe document.
So that's probably sufficient for Acrobat. It's not sufficient
for printers, though, if you want them to select the right paper size,
because printers don't read comments (but ps2pdf and distill do).
