can you send a real bugreport? A sample which _only_ shows the problem?
Also, when to voices have the same note a "fas" (triangle -- the fourth step in a scale) both noteheads are put together and what you see is a rectangle. Has it been fixed yet? Or do we have to manually make one notehead invisible?
This is fixed in 2.7 CVS. I'm not sure if the solution is good, though. The result looks like a lozenge now.
