fc-list is already included in the Windows distribution.
It's easy to duplicate the fc-list functionality within LilyPond. If we
do it this way, we can add it as a proper feature. Then, we could have
LilyPond print a PDF, which includes all available fonts, plus samples
and the #'font-name to use.
