Dear friends,
I haven't got a short example of this, because the source is complex
with multiple voices. But the text producitng the caesuras is simple
enough. The voice for the right hand has:
r8 d( e f fis b) \caesura | \acciaccatura b16 g4. r8 r4 |
And the voice for the left hand has:
< a c >2) r4\caesura | s2. |
The other voice for the left hand has
d4 d' r | g,8( d' b' d ~ < d e g b >4) |
and I have tried adding the \caesura to the corresponding rest here.,
but the result is the same: the right had caesura appears (as I would
expect) before the bar line, while the left-hand one appears after the
bar line. Is there any way to force the left-hand caesura to appear
before the bar line?
Thanks for any advice.
Yours,
-- Owen
